This figure emerges from recent data analysis across the company's client base, indicating substantial financial benefits tied to the platform's unique capabilities.

The company also updated its projections, stating that it expects the average annual EBITDA increase to reach $70,329 by 2027, up from a previously anticipated $60,000. This revision is based on results from the second quarter of 2026 and reflects the growing adoption of White Plume's 3.0 platform.

According to White Plume, over 75% of the additional value generated is attributed to aspects of revenue cycle management (RCM) that traditional AI systems overlook. The current findings highlight that practices using STAR² Ai are able to achieve a total value of $9.34 per patient encounter, with $7.13 stemming from enhanced revenue precision and compliance.

White Plume's analysis indicates that existing top-performing clients are already realizing these financial gains. The platform identifies and recovers unbilled revenue and enhances compliance risk management, impacting 1.8% of encounters positively. The company emphasizes that the improvements do not come from merely increasing the workload of coding teams, but rather by optimizing decision-making processes.
