During his tenure, Kendall was granted 4,000,000 restricted share units (RSUs), which have now been adjusted to 2,000,000 to reflect the time served. These RSUs will vest in 12 months and are subject to various conditions, including approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
Despite stepping down, Kendall will continue to provide advisory consulting services to ARCpoint, maintaining his involvement with the company as it navigates its next steps.
