Swarmer Names Garrett Kasper as Chief Communications Officer

Swarmer, Inc., a drone autonomy software company, has promoted Garrett Kasper to Chief Communications Officer (CCO) as part of a broader realignment of its executive leadership team. This decision comes in recognition of Kasper's significant contributions since he joined Swarmer as vice president of communications and marketing in December 2025.
Kasper brings three decades of experience in communications across various sectors, including defense and aerospace. His prior role involved managing media relations for L3Harris Technologies, where he worked on programs like the VAMPIRE Counter-UAS system, which has seen extensive use in Ukraine. As CCO, he will oversee Swarmer’s global marketing and corporate communications strategy.
