Willog Launches Supply Chain Solution Willog Vision
New platform integrates logistics processes for efficiency.
Willog has introduced its new integrated supply chain solution, Willog Vision, designed to simplify logistics operations by connecting multiple processes into a single platform. Launching on September 17, this solution aims to enhance efficiency in supply chain management through its unified approach.
The Willog Vision platform integrates four key modules: AIoT devices for real-time monitoring, risk management powered by AI, and logistics insurance. This thorough system allows for instant alerts regarding shipment anomalies, automatic compliance report generation in just three minutes, and expedited insurance payouts based on the data collected.
One significant feature of Willog Vision is its ability to provide real-time data without the need for traditional data retrieval methods, such as USB loggers. The platform includes the Willog Safe device, which continuously records temperature, shock, and location of cargo at one-minute intervals. This real-time monitoring is complemented by the Control Tower software, which alerts users to any discrepancies and maintains a complete response history.
Additionally, the Intelligence module employs AI to predict and diagnose potential risks, ensuring compliance with various industry standards quickly and efficiently. The insurance component of Willog Vision offers tailored plans based on the collected data, facilitating automated claims processes for disposal and re-shipment costs.
Willog Vision is designed to be versatile, catering to various sectors including international transport, warehousing, vehicle logistics, and the bio sector. It can handle specific scenarios like customs-hold temperature checks and differentiating between false alarms and genuine risks.
As the supply chain industry continues to face challenges with fragmented logistics solutions, Willog Vision represents a significant step towards integrating technology to improve operational efficiency. Co-CEO Sung-hoon Bae noted that the platform allows logistics managers to focus on strategic decision-making rather than incident management. The rollout of Willog Vision will occur in phases for existing customers, with new clients able to apply for a proof of concept via the company's website.
