Former Meta AI Lead Joins Project 777 Team

A2035 Ventures has bolstered the technical leadership of Project 777 by appointing Sean Perry, previously a lead at Meta Superintelligence Labs, as Strategic Technical Lead. His addition comes as Project 777 progresses in its development of a compounding intelligence layer designed to help bounded recursive self-improvement and independent runtime validation.

Alongside Perry, Preston Dunlap, the inaugural Chief Technology Officer of the U.S. Space Force, continues to serve as a Technical Advisor for the project. Dunlap has provided insights into Project 777's architecture since April 2025, helping shape its technical direction as discussions with major AI organizations advance.

Project 777 aims to create a model-agnostic intelligence layer that accumulates capabilities without resetting with each new model or run. Its key innovations include runtime intelligence and safety, which ensures that the system can govern its own advancements, and a cross-domain architecture that allows it to operate across various sectors without requiring major redesigns.
